Stomp Motion Animation Projects

Tekeyla Friday is a proud Michif (Métis) woman. She is a traditional Métis flower beader, and storyteller. Currently, she continues her artisan practices by being a student of Stop-motion animation study. This is another way that Tekeyla hopes she will be able to tell important cultural stories and share traditions.

Tekeyla knows there is a lot to learn about Stop-motion animation and she hopes to continue her studies at the University of Regina to eventually earn a degree.
